AI Consulting & Training
Personalized AI Instruction. In office or remote. Stop with the excuses. You'll fimally be able to "get it".
Bring the tasks, decisions, bottlenecks, or goals that matter most. Jim listens to the work, identifies practical AI use cases, builds a personalized learning plan, and works one-to-one or with a small team until the tools and workflows make sense in the real business environment.
No generic course. No tool avalanche.
AI training is most useful when it begins with the work people actually need to complete. The engagement can focus on repetitive research, writing, reporting, documentation, customer communication, planning, or another recurring responsibility that consumes more time than it should.
Jim reviews the current process, the tools already in use, the desired outcome, the team’s comfort level, and the information that needs to remain protected. Training then happens through real examples, live practice, reusable prompts, documented workflows, and review standards. The objective is capable independent use rather than continued dependence on a consultant.
The right AI system may involve one tool, several connected tools, or a decision not to automate a particular task. The point is to select the approach that fits the work, the budget, the existing technology, and the organization’s ability to adopt it.
Use AI to create capacity, not confusion
AI consulting and training can help a person or team:
- Reduce repetitive research, drafting, summarization, reporting, and administrative work.
- Improve proposals, presentations, campaign briefs, customer communication, and internal documentation.
- Research markets, accounts, prospects, competitors, and customer needs more efficiently.
- Build reusable prompts, templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
- Select a smaller, purposeful toolset that fits existing systems, budget, and risk tolerance.
- Add human-reviewed automation where the process is stable enough to support it.
- Develop the confidence to evaluate new AI capabilities without chasing every new release.
These outcomes depend on the process, the tools, the quality of the inputs, and the people responsible for review. AI is treated as part of the operating system of the business, not as a substitute for judgment.
A practical path from "I have no idea" to "I can use this for everything" in just a few sessions.
Listen and assess
Review responsibilities, recurring work, current tools, bottlenecks, goals, skill level, data sensitivity, and constraints. Create a hierarchy for your businesses work tasks.
Prioritize and plan
Rank possible AI use cases by value, effort, risk, frequency, and likelihood of adoption. Build a personalized learning roadmap to enable getting the most pressing tasks knocked out.
Build and train
Use selected AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT on real tasks. Create prompts and templates, configure workflows, practice human-review steps, and document the process.
Execute and Refine
Execute tasks and then review the results, onnect resurces & endpoints, improve the workflows, resolve adoption issues, and expand only the use cases that prove most useful.
Choose the format that fits the learner and the work
Personalized One-to-one AI coaching
Review responsibilities, recurring work, current AI tools/subscriptions, bottlenecks, goals, skill level, data sensitivity, and constraints. Then we develop a training plan that introduces AI work slowly and methodically, ensuring adoption.
Small-team AI training Sessions/Workshops
Hands-on working sessions or 1/2 or 1 day workshops - for marketing, sales, leadership, customer service, or operations teams. Training uses team-specific scenarios and produces shared standards, templates, and workflows. One additionl benefit, we build a prompt library for your team to reduce the anount of "random acts AI", and coordinate your teams collective AI activities.
AI workflow Prioritization & Optimization
A structured review of repeated, rules-based, research-heavy, or communication-heavy work. The output is a prioritized roadmap to workflows that the business can get the greatest return from. Automating certain tasks can cut hours of tme from staff's already busy schedules. We make that happen.
Workflow design and automation
Redesign selected processes using AI tools, automation platforms, data inputs, human checkpoints, documentation, and measurable success criteria. Working with your team to understand where their time is really spent allows us to pinpoint where AI will help you most.
AI tool selection and adoption
We can help you evaluate tools against the work you need to get done. We review your existing technology stack, usability, security, cost, integration requirements, and team readiness. The goal is fewer tools used in addition to reducing costs across your tech stack.
You keep the tools, not just the training
Most training ends when the session ends. A stronger engagement produces durable assets that remain useful afterward. A recurring task becomes a documented workflow with its inputs specified, the prompts written down, the human-review step defined, and the quality standard stated in plain language. Those assets can be used by the original learner, handed to a new team member, reviewed during onboarding, and updated when the work changes. The resulting library may include prompts, templates, checklists, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and review criteria. All of which is then able to be shared with the entire team's brain.
Who does your AI training benefit the most?
This service is designed for owners, executives, marketers, sales teams, operations teams, and individuals who want practical capability rather than a generic seminar. It may be especially useful when a team knows AI matters but does not know where to begin, when subscriptions have accumulated without adoption, or when early experiments did not become repeatable habits.
Human judgment stays in the workflow - ALWAYS.
Training covers confidentiality, data sensitivity, source checking, hallucinations, permissions, approval requirements, bias, and the limits of each tool. Consequential decisions and external communications keep an appropriate human review step.
In other words, we engineer a "human in the loop" for all of the workflows and automtions that we assist with. AI is a tool, it is not the goal. AI works best when the human asks better questions and communicates what the rsults should look like. We help your team understand how to AI better.
